Currently we don't have any Intertitles functionality. Probably could do that by adding an "Intertitle" column at Captions component with a checkbox, to say that some captions are intertitles, but would require some work at the Clip component side for that to work since the underlying video engine (Silverlight Media Framework - http://smf.codeplex.com) doesn't support such a thing already

 

So one has to add Intertitles with some video editor, by inserting more frames (some pictures with the intertitles, say made with PowerPoint and saved as images) to it and specifying a duration for them to show. There is a chance Windows Live Movie Maker (not the classic old Movie Maker of Windows 7, but the one that installs with Windows Live Essentials free download from Microsoft) allows you to drop images in it to insert in the video timeline.
