Could we have the "options buton visible" available per component? 
Now it's only for the whole activity

if we had it per component, then once somebody hid the options button for a component they would never be able to show it again, since they wouldn't be able to go to the options. You could have some cryptic hotkey combination to go to the options, but that is not user-friendly at all

so currently the option to hide options button for each child component in an activity is hosted at their parent (the activity component). That options DOESN'T hide the options button of the activity itself though since you'd have that same issue I speak about above (how to go back to the activity options to make the button visible again or edit other options)

I don't see why this is bad. Anyway, I need this for instructions within the activity on how to use the activity. Little boxes with text here and there, "click here, click there". Is there a way we can do it? 
I can't use it as it is because what I want to say is "Click on the wrench icon of the clip window" but the users may be confused and click on the wrench icon of the text window. That's why I don't want the options appearing there.
