milliseconds should not be visible in view mode, only in edit mode.
also correct in backpanel

will set the grid cells' view template to not show milliseconds if Show milliseconds option isn't checked at backpanel (default will be unchecked)

at Cell edit template mseconds will always show if they're nonzero

update:
- Captions now show start/endtime/duration without milliseconds (only shown when editing a respective cell, if there are non zero milliseconds there). In the future there will be option at the backpanel to show milliseconds (in that case it will probably show all milliseconds, even non-zero ones)
