Hello, my name is Xanthi Albanaki, i am a teacher and i want to upload a new activity about religious education. It is one from a project of <!--[if gte mso 9]><xml>
</xml><![endif]-->Model Experimental Senior Lyceum of Unoversity o Macedonia. The name of project is "Communicte...in a defferent way!" and the first video it is a Hymn with words about Holy Virgin. <!--[if gte mso 9]><xml>

to save the whole activity and share it you have to use the save bottom at the bottom of the screen (on the activity toolbar)
this will save a .clipflair archive (it's in ZIP format in fact) with the activity state
what you've attached above is just the saved state of the captions component that seems to have been extracted from the .clipflair archive of the activity (that one contains sub-archives for each of the components in the activity where they keep their state in the same way).
so please try locating your activity's .clipflair file and share it again here
note that for your activity to not be very big, it is best to first share your video (you can do it at a reply to the Suggest Material / Video post in these forums) for inclusion in our Video Gallery. Then your activity file will not need to embed it and will be able to point to a video stream we create out of it. This also makes sure that users can quickly open the activity without first downloading the whole video (it's streaming on demand at the time they choose to jump to in the video timeline).
if you've lost your activity file you can try recreating it by dropping into a new activity the .clipflair.zip file you sent above. That will create the captions component and restore its saved state. Then you can add manually a new Clip component and turn it over (with the wrench button on the Clip's titlebar) to configure the video stream URL (if you already sent a video clip you can find its URL from the video gallery by searching for it [gallery is updated the next day after we process the video]). Or to embed a video file (see my comments above why stream is preferred though) you can use the File open button at the back of the Clip component or drag-drop a video file (.MP4 or .WMV, but .MP4 is preferred or .MP3/.WMA audio file) onto the Clip component (or in an empty area of the activity to automatically make a new Clip component)
Let me know if you need any help
P.S. please post suggested activities for inclusion in our Gallery as a reply under the Suggest Material / Activities post in the forums
