Thanks, Laura. I just saw that it has already been uploaded on the Gallery since November!

nice example of deepzoom scene created with Microsoft DeepZoom Composer (Free) tool

due to the bug mentioned above just move the Mouse arround (don't drag) and use mousewheel to zoom in-out at the point you want

Just a note: fixed the issue I mentioned the other day with DeepZoom images, where dragging inside them dragged the whole component arround

use mousewheel to zoom in a DeepZoom image or the buttons at the bottom-right side of the Image component [buttons appear only when Mouse is over the Image component and the image doesn't have some click action set to it via ActionURL or ActionTime properties at the back of the Image component]

here are some more DeepZoom images for you to try:

Nice DeepZoom sample (zoom in a lot to see what the image is made of):

Now the Image component can be set to show a live Camera stream using the default camera of your computer (to change which is the default camera you right click at empty area of container and select "Silverlight" to show Silverlight settings dialog, then at the tab that says "Web Camera and Microphone" you select which camera will be the default and which microphone will be the default one if you have multiple).

To show the camera stream just turn over the Image component and at its settings check the option "Use Camera as Source". Then turn over again to see the camera stream. When you save the activity, the Image component will save its state in it and will remember next time that you had selected that it shows the default camera stream (instead of some image) and thus will show it automatically (if nothing shows on a user machine they should configure the default camera and default mic as I describe above at their machine).

Soon you will also be able to zoom and pan with the mouse the camera stream (e.g. to focus at your lips or eyes etc.) as you can do with other images (both DeepZoom ones and classic images) at the Image component

list of images: http://social.clipflair.net/Pages/Images.aspx

this is generated on the fly using XSL (Extensible Stylesheet Language) transformation from the image gallery's CXML (Collection XML) file: http://gallery.clipflair.net/collection/images.cxml
