Removed the attachment above, since the new version of the WebCapture application is now web deployed (via ClickOnce technology) from http://gallery.clipflair.net/WebCapture
After installation it launches and you can also launch it in the future from the same URL pressing the Install button again (will just check for newer version and if no newer to autoupdate to will just launch the installed version). Or alternatively you can use the desktop shortcut it creates for the app (also checks for newer versions at launch and autoupdates)
At this new version I have added a status bar where current webBrowser control size is shown and has dropdown menu to change it to 640x480, 800x600, 1024x768, 1280x1024 sizes before capturing
Note that the webpage is live, that is you can interact with it first, then capture when you want a screenshot (or can capture multiple screenshots to document some step-by-step actions you do etc.). In the future I'll see into adding autocapture too with some timer delay so that you can make video/animations
