Should show "Are you sure you want to close this window?" or similar message when trying to close a child window

also should add standard browser page closing warning to the web page

at OOB mode (when running out of browser), the [X] button of the outer activity window should be shown and using that should warn the user, then close the app. At Browser mode could also show that button and when [X] is pressed could close the webpage if Silverlight allows that or navigate to http://ClipFlair.net (after user confirmation)

functionality to warn for child window closing is implemented but disabled for now since when closing the activity it asks for each child window too (needs some finetuning)

- Added WarnOnClose setting (at view options of each component/container) to ask you before closing components or application window / webpage. By default it is selected

Fixed ClipFlair Studio to warn when trying to close the webpage (this functionality had broken at some point)

An activity author can turn off that feature by disabling the "warn on closing" at the activity settings (flip over using the wrench button). Note that as I have written before (above) each component has such option for each own window (applies only if you close that component window separately, not when closing its parent activity, where the "warn on closing" setting of the activity itself applies)

Not sure if the current implementation of the page closing warning works on Mac, feedback is welcome

(the technical issue it had is described at http://zoomicon.wordpress.com/2013/06/14/gotcha-var-x-x-in-javascript-gives-object-expected-error/)
