btw, at forums you can subscribe per topic (threaded discussion) or per whole discussion board (there's a subscribe button) above the board title when you see its details

for item [3] I had mentioned above the MonoX team have added a 12-hour delay for post edit notifications and also an option to turn them off in the system and only keep create post notifications
