Yes, it would be a great idea. Something I forgot before is 'how to eliminate cations'. It is probably too easy but I don't see to find the way.
By the way, are you planning on creating written tutorials for students?

Yes, I also think that having the undo option would be great. By the way, I realised that when you press by mistake the intro key at the end of a caption, there is no way to delete this new line (even if it is empty).
