We have Big Buck Bunny already as Smooth Stream

it is served as a smooth stream by various Microsoft partners, including Vertigo who initially made the Silverlight Media Framework - SMF - that we're using for playback
(now opensourced by Microsoft and called Microsoft Media Platform Player Framework with the hard to remember name MMPPF, probably renamed cause SMF also means Simple Machines Forum, a popular bulletin board system that also has some media playback capabilities)

also the BigBuckBunny is available pre-encoded at full quality as smooth streaming content from Microsoft together with The Elephants Dream so we might also install it in our server in the future (for now we don't need to since Vertigo's server seems to stream it fine)
