Apologies for my delay in getting back to you, George.

I found the clip on YouTube at the following URL: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P3AAdkfiamU

It's only about five minutes in duration but I can pair it back to a minute or so in keeping with copyright law.

since it's a standalone episode I believe we should cut/use a small part of it only, but you should also e-mail Stavroula for her opinion on that (quote my comment from above)

For any videos you find published in the gallery and they work fine you can of course delete them from dropbox

SINCE WE NOW ARE SHOWING A GALLERY PAGE WITH ENTRIES THAT HAVE METADATA, YOU CAN CHECK IF YOUR VIDEO HAS BEEN ENCODED AT http://gallery.clipflair.net/video/list.html and click to open it, then turn over the Clip component to copy the media url

To get the video to show up at the official gallery page at http://gallery.clipflair.net/video (also available at http://social.clipflair.net/gallery/clips.aspx) you have to fill in the metadata form (see link at Redmine) for the video and we'll get that metadata periodically for updates

Hi Laura,
can you rename those dropbox files to not have spaces or punctuated chars etc. (use CamelCase syntax e.g. BigBuckBunny.wmv to separate words) and post those dropbox links again? Else they get HTML-encoded, e.g. space char is %20 etc. which doesn't make it a user friendly url or a filename that gives a hint about what the video is

George, I have two questions. What do I have to do to upload an image into my activity? and another question, what do I have to do if i need to change an activity? for example, I sent two weeks ago the activity "UD_nornaizni_inprocess" and now we have finished this activity, Do i have to send it again to you to change it?

Iratxe, uploading images can be done like it's done for the rest of materials (activities and clips): post your image on the forum "suggest material" > images.
George will upload it on the gallery.

If you would like to see how it works before it's on the gallery, right click on the attachment of the post and copy link. Use this link at the back panel of the image component.

Another solution is to use your dropbox for that.

Please post your corrected activities on the forum "suggest material" > activities.
Use the same filename if you want it replaced.
If you want it to have a different filename indicate which activity you would like to have deleted from the gallery.
