Hola Helena, your activity is already in the Studio and the Gallery.
You will find the link in the metadata form you filled in (right in the beginning of the form)
It does not appear in the Gallery because sometimes it does not update correctly, George is looking into it.
Sorry about the trouble. 
Just give your students the link you will find in the metadata form instead of asking them to search for it in the Gallery.

Hopefully, it will be up today and I'll be able to use it tomorrow. If now, I'll use the link you just mentioned.

to be honest me and my collegues we are trying out clipflair because of a university seminar on new media possiblities for teaching. Due to that we took only little time (2 weeks) to create a clipflair session, like we would have little time as a teacher soon. Anyhow our presentation will be on friday and i cant really tell them what i did wrong with the video. I loaded it up as WMA as its requiered.
Please tell me how to speed up the process so that i canat least inform my group so that they do not get the impression that clipflair is too tricky to use it as a teacher.
