You can also try the other way round: 
1. Go to
http://studio.clipflair.net/?video=Interview%20in%20Japanese.mp4/Interview%20in%20Japanese.mp4.ism/Manifest
2. Then change the zoom level by sliding the zoom slider to the left (bottom left corner of browser). This way the clip component becomes smaller
3. Start adding components (bottom of browser), for example a captions component and a text component (for the instructions)
