at Forum posts, the related topics section is too big, especially in small screens that means you have to scroll to even read the first post (so you only have an idea if that topic is related to your needs by the title)
one idea could be to place related topics section AFTER the first post in the topic
another additional idea is to make the related topics section expandable and have it collapsed by default
