You can upload (attach to replies) audio files suitable for educational or free use (or in form compatible with "fair use" concept, e.g. < 3 min) here. Please mention the license under which the material is available and the needed attribution.

IF THE FILE EXTENSION (e.g. .OGG) OF YOUR UPLOAD FILE ISN'T ACCEPTED, JUST ADD IT TO A .ZIP FILE AND UPLOAD THE ZIP INSTEAD

You can use URLs from Podcasts and other .MP3 audio files found online at the ClipFlair Playground's Media component
e.g.
http://radio-download.dw.de/Events/dwelle/deutschkurse/marktplatz/eng/Marktplatz_Englisch_Lektion01.mp3
from Deutsche Welle's online course:
http://www.dw.de/marktplatz-chapter-01/a-215526

to find that audio URL I opened the audio lesson, which has "Download MP3" link, then right clicked in an empty area at that webpage and selected View Source. At the HTML source I searched for ".mp3". At other websites just right clicking the MP3 download link and selecting "Copy target address" or similar option the web browser shows is enough to get the .MP3 URL
