this is equivalent to the more general form:

you can substitute the part after /?audio= with your own .MP3 url

if some .MP3 isn't playing (yours had issues), you can transcode it to MP3 (again) using Miro Video Converter (free tool from http://www.mirovideoconverter.com/ [uses ffmpeg library under a nice and simple UI]) and use the resulting one

e.g. yours converted from 900+ KB to just 173KB in side

btw, we don't store media into the .clipflair files on purpose to avoid bloating them in side. You have to use URLs of media on the web (especially for video smooth streams from our gallery or elsewhere are suggested because they start fast)

local media file support is currently only available for local testing purposes or presentations/labs, not for sharing.

I may allow media embedding though in the future, with responsibility on the activity author to not bloat the file with huge media assets

btw, at the back of the Clip component you have to give http://gallery.clipflair.net/audio/pol.Vokabeln-Aufnahme-PONS.mp3

the studio.clipflair.net URL is for use at the brower address bar to quickly make a new activity with your audio in it (then you can turn over the clip component there and copy the Media URL)

in the future the Clip component will be clever to also support http://studio... launcher URLs that have been given to it and convert them to http://gallery... URLs (where the actual files are hosted) 

the .wmv attached seems to be the same audio as:
http://gallery.clipflair.net/audio/pol.Vokabeln-Aufnahme-PONS.mp3
