need to add "Audio Volume" (slider) and "Mute audio" (checkbox) controls to the backpanel of the Clip component and make it remember both those settings (the audio level and whether a mute is set)

Due to constraints in Silverlight Media Framework's design (there is a muted property, but doesn't remember previous volume setting, when unmutting it just sets volume to 0.5), I only added a Volume slider at the backpanel of the component, not a Mute checkbox. To mute you drag the Volume to the bottom (0).

I set it to remember the volume setting, so you can now mute the video in an activity (e.g. click on the audio icon at the Clip/Media component or drag the volume slider to the bottom) and it will remember the setting

CLARIFICATION: when I say "it will remember the
setting" for the audio volume above, I mean if you save the Activity (or
just the Clip component's state), it will remember the audio volume for
that component instance (that is you could have a video muted and
another unmuted)
