After publishing a new forum topic you can edit it but not rename it anymore

I'd prefer if it allowed editing the previous topic title (it would show textbox on the topic title [at the topic view page] when the current user is the creator of the topic)

There won't be a problem with topic URLs, since the last part of them with the text is dummy, used for SEO (search engine optimization) of URLs, that is both:
..../MonoX/Pages/SocialNetworking/Discussion/dtopic/ipsk7soFDEmGe6EJAU_O7g/Revoicing-usability/
and
..../MonoX/Pages/SocialNetworking/Discussion/dtopic/ipsk7soFDEmGe6EJAU_O7g/Recoicing-usability/
are the same (although one says Recoicing and the other says Revoicing)

Suggesting it to MonoX team

1) seems one can edit the title and tags for the topic from the topics list (not from the topic page when they press edit at the first post in the topic as one would also expect)

2) after editing the topic title at the topic page, a manual page refresh is needed to see the new title in the topics list

3) also if title contains say "can't" they see at title editbox HTML escape sequences (same goes for notification e-mails, they show such escape sequences in the e-mail title for that topic)
