If text area takes both Time and Captions input it can have a mode setting on

- whether it just shows current Caption

- or if it shows all Captions as transcript (live updated) with time annotations before each text entry (e.g. [00:10:02.34]) and scrolls to appropriate time,

- or if it keeps user text and tries to find time annotations in it to scroll to (can combine this with a Copy/Paste button to copy times and/or caption text [maybe by selecting which columns one wants] from a CaptionsGrid and then Pasting to TextEditor to edit as wished [no live syncing, will keep users text])

Have added Time property to Text component and syncing it currently with its parent (the activity container) as done with Media and Captions components.
