Early this afternoon I began to have problems with the Studio. Every time I tried to open an activity I had a message of error. I thought that the problem was with the computer I have in the office, but now I am home and I am having the same problem. I am attaching the message for you to see.

Yesterday I didn't forget the attachment, I just could not attach any document. I could browse, I could select the file, but then I had to start all over again because the file wasn't uploaded.
I am attaching the message now.
I am back at the university and from the computer in my office I continue to see the same message as yesterday, which is the same one I see with my computer at home.
I am a bit worried because I am going to pilot one or two activities on Wednesday :-(

talked to our technicians about the problem I have to open activities with
Studio. They have recommended me to reinstall Silverlight and to update Windows.
I did everything, but I continue to get the error message.

Can you describe the exact steps you do to cause this to appear? Also does it happen with specific files?
also try opening ClipFlair Studio and press cancel at open activity from url dialog, then try to add each component one by one and let me know if adding a specific one causes problem
another thing to try is to open studio, then cancel open activity from url dialog and right click on the empty area and select the silverlight settings. There go to webcam / mic page and change the audio source (if there are mmany and correct is selected, select some other one, then select correct one). Should see audio level change as you speak if you have mic. Then close dialog and see if things are now ok with loading (do you have issue when loading any activity, be it from url or local file?).
Just uploaded a new version of ClipFlair Studio, see if this fixes your issue
I have tried to open the activities now and everything is ok.
