links in the text component and they do work

You just have to make the text component read-only (you click the toggle button on its toolbar that is yellow by default [edit mode] to put it into read-only mode, or you can do it by turning the component over with the wrench button on its titlebar and deselecting the "Editable" option's checkbox)

So one can add an extra text area with any links you want (and say give it the title "See also") and make it readonly and still have any other editable textarea they wish

I'll edit the insert URL dialog to tell the author that links will be active only in readonly (non-Editable) view

Added note "Links are functional only in View mode, not in Edit mode" at Insert URL dialog of Text component

the links had been broken after the option to set BackgroundColor of components was added due to a bug in Silverlight (see http://zoomicon.wordpress.com/2014/09/07/fix-hypelinks-not-clickable-in-richtextbox-under-silverlight/)

I just discovered what was causing this and added a workaround to links in the Text component at ReadOnly mode should now open OK when clicked
