Hello,
I attached a file  yesterday , Wednesday 18th March, a clip from Shrek( standard youtube license) . Could you let me know if it's ok or whether you need anything from me /any other info before it is uploaded onto the gallery ?

Hello Anna! There was a problem with your file and we have been try to see why it fails to encode. We can keep looking at it, but to speed things up you could try sending us the file in .MP4 format.

Thank you very much for your reply. 
I've used VLC player and made an srt file for the subtitles in the meantime as the material is for a presentation tomorrow Saturday. 
But I will send the file in mp4 format probably next week now because I'd like to try clifair anyway.

Anna have in mind that you can still use ClipFlair with your local files. Just open ClipFlair Studio and then drag and drop the environment file.  Then do the same with your set file. Save your file.
