Technically you can. Right click on the uploaded file, copy URL and paste it at "Load Activity from URL".
But it's better to put finished activities in the Gallery. I.e. post them in the forum "Suggest material > Activities" and wait for George to upload them in the Gallery.

By the way, we have to solve the metadata issue (how to include metadata in the activities and clips) asap...
