If you click on the column title of the captions/revoicing component, the result is continuous dragging of the window.
You can stop it with a right click

seems to be a bug in DataGrid component of Silverlight - the drag-to-order columns doesn't consume the mouse events, so they were passed down to the Captions component which was trying to drag the component around at the same time

now added code to eat up the mouse down events that escape the datarid

sideeffect is that you cannot drag the captions component now from anyother point on its surface than the titlebar
