at MonoX demo site (http://monoX.mono-software.com), when you go to login page (button is at middle of screen on the left), it sets focus to username textbox there, but ClipFlair login page doesn't seem to do this

also trying with IE10RC I see that when typing login name / password there they are not vertically centered
